Frankie is also called as Franky.
Frankie is mostly eaten by the school- college students, office going people. Frankie is a quick meal of roll filled/stuffed. The stuffing includes many varieties.

Frankie Masala

Frankie Masala Ingredients

  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Black salt 1 tbsp
  • Anardana powder 1 tbsp
  • Amchur powder 1 tbsp
  • Jeera powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tbsp.

Recipe Process

1. Take an airtight container, add red chilli powder.

2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, black salt.

3. Then add anardana powder, amchur powder, jeera powder.

4. add garam masala powder, mix this all together nicely and store it.

You can use this any time you want.

Frankie Maida Roti

  • Refine flour (Maida) 1.5 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil.

Frankie Roti Process

1. Take a bowl, add refine flour in the bowl.

2. Add salt to taste, mix it.

3. Then add water as required.

4. And knead a soft dough.

5. After kneading dough apply some oil.

6. Again knead once, cover the dough with a cloth.

7. And let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

8. Then take that dough make small rounds.

9. Dip into flour, then roll into chapati.

10. Heat a pan, place the rolled chapati init.

11. And half cook the chapati from both sides.

12. Make as many half Cooked chapati as you wish before serving.

  • Salt to taste
  • Water as required
  • Oil.

Recipe Process 

1. Take a bowl, add 1 cup of wheat flour.

2. Add salt to taste.

3. Now add water as much required.

4. And knead a soft dough, apply some oil.

5. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.

6. Then make small round shape balls from the dough.

7. Dip into flour and roll a round shape chapati.

8. Heat a pan, place the rolled chapati.

9. And half cook the chapati from both sides.

10. Make as many half Cooked chapati as you wish before serving.

6. Then add 1 medium size chopped capsicum.

7. Saute for 2 minutes, then add tomato ketchup 2 tbsp.

8. Add 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce, coriander powder 1 tbsp.

9. Then add red chilli powder and garam masala powder 1 tbsp

10. Add turmeric powder, amchur powder 1/2 tbsp.

11. Mix well and cook for half a minute.

12. Then add boiled, mashed 3 potatoes.

13. Add 1 cup of sweet corn, then add salt to taste.

14. Mix this all together and cook for 2-3 minutes.

15. Then add chopped coriander leaves, mix it.

16. Now take a Frankie Roti whichever if your choice, maida roti or wheat roti.

17. Place it on a pan, apply butter and cook the chapati from both the sides just before serving.

18. Transfer it on plate or board, apply the hot aalo corn bhaji on the roti.

19. Spread some chopped onion, Frankie masala.

20. Then spread little chilli vinegar, grade some processed cheese.

21. And make a roll. Follow Same steps for making more aloo Corn Frankie.

Serve it with some ketchup, green chutney, or with dipping.

5. Add red chilli paste 2 tbsp, cook for 2 minutes.

6. Now add turmeric powder 1/4 tsp, then add red chilli powder 1 tsp.

7. Add coriander powder 1 tbsp, cook for 3 minutes.

8. Then add 1 cup of tomato paste, add curd 1/4 cup.

9. Add salt to taste, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

10. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.

11. Then add 250 ml of hot water into the mixture.

13. Now add 500 grams of paneer cube’s cook for 5 minutes.
