  • Butter paper 1
  • Biscuits  2cups
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate ganache 1/2 cup.

The process to make a Chocolate cake

In this recipe, we will make a chocolate cake, in a very easy way at home. This recipe doesn’t need many ingredients and also it is eggless.

1. To make Chocolate cake take a pressure cooker grease the cooker from inside by oil.

2. Then place a butter paper into the pressure cooker.

3. Again grease with oil.

4. Now take 2 cup’s of biscuits
( Take biscuits as per your wish, I took Oreo, Bourbon, Marie)

5. Transfer the biscuits into a blending jar, and blend it, in fine powder.

6. Now add 1cup milk in blending jar and blend for 30 seconds.

7. Now transfer this mixture into a bowl.

8. Add baking soda 1/2 tsp and 1tsp of milk.

9. Mix it all together, pour the mixture into the pressure cooker.

10. Tap the cooker, and place the cooker on Tawa.

11. Now cover the lid and cook on low flame for 40 minutes

(Do not forget to remove the whistle from the lid of the pressure cooker)

12. After 40 minutes remove the lid and check whether it is been cooked.

13. Let it cool down completely, then with the help of a knife lose the sides.

14. Now take a plate keep it on the cooker and flip it, then remove the butter paper.

15. To make more attractive, apply some chocolate ganache on the top.

The yummy, delicious chocolate cake is ready.

 Process of making vanilla sponge cake in a simple method

1. Take a bowl, break 4 eggs.

2. Whisk the eggs, whisk it as much you can.

3. Add powdered sugar 1 cup, mix well

4. Now add maida/ all-purpose flour 1cup.

5. Then add baking powder 1tsp.

6. Add salt 1/4 tsp.

7. Now mix the mixture well, use cut and fold method, there should not be any lumps.

8. Then add melted butter 1/2 cup.

9. Mix it again using the cut and fold method.

10. Now add vanilla essence 1/2 tsp and 2 tbsp of tutti fruit.

11. Mix it, now our batter is ready.

12. Now take a tin, grease it with butter.

13. Sprinkle some maida and swirl to coat on all the sides, remove the extra flour.

14. Now pour the batter into the tin.

15. Gently tap to remove the air bubbles.

16. Preheat the Kadai for 5 minutes on medium flame, put a little bit of water, and 2tsp of oil.

17. Now place a stand into the Kadai.

18. Place the tin into the Kadai, and cover the lid.

19. Cook it for 45-50 minutes on low flame.

20. After 50 minutes open the lid and insert a  toothpick into the cake and check is it cooked.

21. Let it cool down, then transfer to a plate.

The process to make eggless Suji cake recipe without using egg

1. Take a bowl, add 1/2 cup ghee.

2. Then add 1/2 cup of curd, now mix it well.

(The curd and ghee should be at room temperature)

3. Now add 1cup powdered sugar.

4. Add 1.5cup of Suji, mix it all together.

5. Add 1/2cup milk, mix it.

(Check the consistency if the batter is thick then add milk)

6. Now let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

7. Pour some water into the pressure cooker, place a stand, and preheat the pressure cooker.

8. Now add chopped dry fruits in the mixture.

9. Add 1 tbsp of ilaychi powder, mix it.

10. Now grease the tin with butter, then place a butter paper into the tin.

11. Add 1/2 tsp of baking soda, mix the mixture well.

12. And pour the mixture into the tin.

13. Now place the tin into the pressure cooker, close the lid, and cook for 50 minutes.

(Remove the whistle from the lid of the pressure cooker)

14. After 50 to 55 minutes open the lid and check, it’s cooked.

15. Let it cool down at room temperature, then demoald it.

The process to make Suji Chocolate Cake

1. Take a blender add 1 cup suji, blend it into a fine powder.

2. Then add 1/2 cup of curd, sugar.

3. Now add 1/4 cup of Coco powder.

4. Add 1/4 cup of Butter. (You can also use ghee)

5. Now add 1/2 cup of milk, blend this well.

6. Transfer it to a bowl, cover the lid and rest the batter for 30 minutes.

7. Preheat the pressure cooker for 10 minutes on medium flame.

8. Place a stand into the pressure cooker, do not use a whistle.

9. Now grease the tin with butter, place a butter paper, again grease with butter.

10. After 30 minutes check the batter consistency, if needed add a little bit of milk.

11. Now add 1tsp of baking powder into the mixture.

12. Mix the batter well, now transfer the batter into the tin.

13. Tap the tin and place it into a preheated pressure cooker.

14. Cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes.

15. After 40 minutes check the dish, let it cool down.

16. Transfer it on a plate and decorate it with dry fruits, sugar balls, or chocolate.

The recipe is ready, let it cool down at room temperature and then cut them into pieces and serve. you can decorate the Cake with sugar balls, dry fruits, grated chocolate, and you can also make small balls, flours with the chocolate, biscuits dough. to make the Cake more attractive.
