- Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Black salt 1 tbsp
- Anardana powder 1 tbsp

- Jeera powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala 1 tbsp.
Recipe Process
1. Take an airtight container, add red chilli powder.
2. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, black salt.
3. Then add anardana powder, amchur powder, jeera powder.
4. add garam masala powder, mix this all together nicely and store it.
You can use this any time you want.

- Refine flour (Maida) 1.5 cup

- Oil.
Frankie Roti Process
1. Take a bowl, add refine flour in the bowl.
2. Add salt to taste, mix it.
3. Then add water as required.
4. And knead a soft dough.
5. After kneading dough apply some oil.
6. Again knead once, cover the dough with a cloth.
7. And let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
8. Then take that dough make small rounds.
9. Dip into flour, then roll into chapati.
10. Heat a pan, place the rolled chapati init.
11. And half cook the chapati from both sides.
12. Make as many half Cooked chapati as you wish before serving.
