Process

For making egg paratha firstly we have to make the wheat dough.

For preparing wheat dough we need wheat flour, oil, salt as per taste, and water as required.

1. In wheat flour add salt, add 2 tablespoons of oil.

2. Mix it then add little water and prepare a soft dough for Pratha.

3. After preparing the dough,  rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Till then we ll go towards the second step for preparing paratha.

We will see which ingredients are needed for preparing the mixture/ stuffing.

Chop 1 onion, 1 Tomato, coriander leaves, salt as per taste, chilli flakes, crushed black pepper, chopped green chillies, oil and 4 eggs.

4. Crack 4 to 5 eggs then add chopped onions, Tomato, coriander leaves, green chillies.

5. Add salt, chilli flakes, add crushed black pepper beat the eggs well.

6. Then take the dough which we have kept for resting, make small round balls of that dough.

9. Roll the sheet placing it one on another and make a boll from that sheet and again roll it round.

10. Then heat a pan, add some butter over the pan and place the paratha into the pan, let the one side of the paratha cook

Process for making Egg Bhurji

For making bhurji, Firstly chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, and chop coriander.

1. Take 2 onion and chop them, Finley, then take a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil and also 2 tablespoons of butter.

2. Then add the chopped onions into the pan then add chopped ginger and green chillies.

3. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, add salt as per taste.

4. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

5. Add pav bhaji masala, mix it well, let it cook for 7 to 8 minutes till the masala leaves oil.

6. Till that time whisk the eggs into a bowl, for that take 5 to 6 eggs and break them, mix it well.

7. Then pour the beaten mixture into the tomatoes and onions, keep the flame low and keep on stirring the mixture so that it will mix properly.

8. Once it’s cooked switch off the flame and add some chopped coriander.

The bhurji is ready.

You can serve this bhurji with pav.

7. Once it’s boiled, let them cool and remove the cover of the eggs. Then cut the eggs in 2 ( you can cut them in 4 also).
8. Take a bowl for making bajji batter, add basan in it, then add red chilli powder, salt to taste, and a little bit of baking soda.

9. Now pour water in and mix it well.

10. Then take a vessel or pan add oil (the oil should be enough for frying the bajji) let the oil heat.

11. Take a cut egg and dip it into the basan mixture we have made then put it into the hot oil and let it cook.

12. Fry it till it’s nicely golden, Bajji is ready.

Serve this with tomato ketchup or chutney.

  • Garam masala 1tbsp

  • Cardamom 2
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Green chillies 3

Process for making Curry

1. We will boil eggs then Pierce them so that while cooking the masala will enter in them.

2. Then take a pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil and heat it, don’t overheat the pan.

3. Now add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt as per taste, mix this and keep the flame low.

4. Add the boiled eggs into the masala, fry it until it’s crispy then transfer it into another plate.

5. Now we will make curry, for that take a vessel, add 2 tablespoons of oil, let heat the oil.

6. Once it’s heated then add  2 to 3 cloves, 2 cardamoms, and 1 cinnamon stick and add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, saute it for some time.

7. Then add chopped onions, fry the onions until it gets brown. Then add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.

8. Add chopped green chillies, mix it well then add half teaspoon of coriander powder and cumin powder.

9. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, black pepper powder, add a little bit of water and let it cook on medium flame.

10. Once the masala is nicely cooked then add tomato, add salt to taste .mix it well.

11. Then add a half cup of water in it and let it boil, once it’s boiled add the fried eggs along with its masala.

12. Cover lead and cook this for 5 minutes . after 5 minutes check whether the curry is cooked .then switch off the flame.

And serve the curry with roti or bread.

  • Cashew nuts handful
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 4tbsp
  • Coriander powder
  • Cloves 4
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Cardamom 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
  • Kasuri methi 1/2tsp
  • Fresh cream 1/2cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Process for making Egg Butter Masala

1. Boil eggs, Pierce them.

2. Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter and add the boiled eggs into the pan, fry this until they are golden, keep this aside.

3. Then take another pan, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter then add 3 chopped onions,3 chopped tomatoes, mix it.

4. Add cashew nuts, cook this for 3 to 4 minutes, then add turmeric powder, Salt to taste, and red chilli powder, mix it well.

5. Then, add coriander powder and cook it for 3 minutes, cool it. Then grind the mixture.

6. Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter, melt the butter then add 4 cloves, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cardoman, fry this around 1 minute.

7. Then add ginger garlic paste, add the ground mixture, let it cook till boil comes.

8. Add Kasuri methi, and the fried eggs, mix it then cover the lead and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes then switch off the flame.

9. And add fresh cream and some chopped coriander leaves.

The Egg Butter Masala is ready, serve it with roti, rice.

11) Egg fried rice

  • Basmati rice 1cup
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 2tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Beans 1/2cup
  • Carrot 1/2cup
  • Spring onion 1cup
  • Green chillies 5
  • Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2tbsp
  • Water as needed.

Process for making Recipe

1. Take a pan, add 2 tablespoons of oil, break 3 eggs into the pan.

2. Then add salt to taste and some black pepper powder, mix it then Cook for 4 to 5 minutes, after its cooked transfer it to a plate.

3. In that same pan add 2 to 3 teaspoons of oil, and some chopped ginger and garlic.

4. Then add chopped green chillies and one chopped onion, let the onion cook, then add chopped beans, stir it.

5. Add chopped carrot, cook it until the carrot gets soft.

6. Then add chopped spring onion,  add salt to taste and cook this for 4  minutes, then add soya sauce, stir it.

7. Add cooked basmati rice, mix it then add the fried eggs, again mix it.

8. Then add black pepper powder, check whether it needs to add salt, if it’s needed then add some salt accordingly, now mix it properly.

9. Switch off the flame and transfer the rice into another blow and sprinkle some chopped spring onion and coriander leaves.

12) Egg Noodles

Recipe Ingredients

  • Noodles 1packet
  • Oil 1cup
  • Water as needed
  • Salt as per taste
  • Eggs 4
  • Pepper powder 1tbsp
  • Green spring onion 1cup
  • Garlic 2tbsp
  • White spring onion 1/2cup
  • Carrot 5tbsp
  • Cabbage 5tbsp
  • Green bell pepper 5tbsp
  • Dark soya sauce 2tbsp
  • Green chilli sauce 2tbsp
  • Red chilli sauce 2tbsp
  • White vinegar 1tbsp.

Process for making Noodles

1. Take a vessel boil water in it, then add noodles into the water, cook the noodles for 3 minutes.

2. Then strain the noodles, and transfer the noodles in another plate, then add some oil over the noodles, toss it and keep this aside.

3. Take a vessel, add  2 tablespoons of oil, break 4 eggs in the vessel, add salt to taste and pepper powder, give a stir.

4. Then add chopped green spring onion and mix it well,  remove this in a plate.

5. In that same vessel add 2 tablespoons of oil, heat it then, add sliced garlic, then add chopped white spring onion, Cook this for 15 to 16 seconds.

6. Then add sliced carrot, cook it for 30 seconds, then add sliced cabbage, then add sliced green bell pepper.

7. Stir it for 30 to 40 seconds on high flame,  then add the boiled noodles, toss the noodles so that the veggies will mix properly.

8. Then add dark soya sauce, green chillies sauce, red chilli sauce and white vinegar, mix it well.

9. Add salt to taste, add pepper powder, mix it then add the scrambled mixture, toss it, then add chopped green spring onion.

And the Noodles are ready to serve.

13) Egg Roast Biryani

Ingredients needed for egg roast biryani

  • Basmati rice 2cups
  • Eggs 5
  • Onions 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chillies 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 2tsp
  • Ghee 2tbsp
  • Coriander leaves
  • Mint leaves
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Sahi jeera 1tsp
  • Cardamom 4
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cloves 4-5
  • Salt
  • Garam masala 2tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 3tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2cup
  • Water as needed.

Process 

1. Boil water, add bay leaves, shahi jeera, cardamom, and oil then add salt to taste and let it boil.

2. Then add soaked rice, cook it dente,  then drain the water from the rice.

3. Take a vessel, add oil or ghee.

4. Then, add bay leaves, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves, let it cook for 1 minute.

5. Add sliced onions and green chillies, mix it and let it cook until the onions are nicely golden brown.

6. Then, add ginger garlic paste, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes, add chopped tomatoes,  add salt, cook this until the tomatoes are mashed.

7. Add garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, mix it, Cook the masala until it leaves oil.

8. Then add boiled eggs (they should be Pierce so that the masala can get in them) mix it.

9. Add coconut milk, give a stir, then add chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.

10. Now add the cooked rice, layer this properly.

11. Then add some chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves on the top of the roast biryani.

12. Cover the lead and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.

after 15 minutes is ready

14) South Indian Egg Curry

For making a South Indian Curry, we need to make masala first, for masala we need the following ingredients

1 cup of coconut, green chillies, garam masala, coriander leaves, tamarind.
Grind this in a fine paste. And keep this aside.

Process for making South Indian Curry

1. Now heat a vessel on a low flame, add oil.

2. Once the oil is hot then add fennel seeds, sliced onions.

3. Then add salt, ginger garlic paste,  stir it.

4. Add coriander powder, chilli powder and turmeric powder, mix it well and cook this for 2 to 3 minutes.

5. Check whether the onions are soft, then add the ground mixture, mix it then add water,  let the curry boil.

6. Then take boiled eggs, Peirce, them, and add them into the curry,  cover the lead, cook the curry until oil separates, then switch off the flame.

Serve it with rice or roti.

15) Paneer Egg Gravy

Ingredients needed

  • Eggy 8-9
  • Water as needed
  • Salt
  • Cotton cloth
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Green chillies 4
  • Coriander leaves
  • Ginger garlic 2tsp
  • Oil as needed
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • Cardamom 2
  • Cloves 4
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Besan 1/2cup
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 2tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1tsp
  • Kasuri methi 1/2tsp.

Process

1. Take a bowl break 8 to 9 eggs into the bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, beat them.

2. Then take 1 litre of water, boil it, then pour the beaten mixture in the boiling water, cook it until it’s curdled.

3. Take a cotton cloth and drain the water from the mixture, squiz the water then place height weight on it and let it set.

Now we will make onion paste

4. For that we require, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic, make a fine paste of this.

5. Then take a Pan, add oil, then add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, and cinnamon.

6. Now add the onion paste, mix it, Then blend some tomato.

7. In the mixture add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt to taste.

8. Add some water and let the masala cook until it separates oil.

9. Then add the blended tomato paste, let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

10. Add a little bit of garam flour (besan), mix it well then add water as required.

11. Then cover the lead and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

12. After 10 minutes add crushed Kasuri methi and butter then again cover the lead and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Till then we’ll check our paneer is set or no.

13. Remove the paneer from the cotton cloth, place it on some board and cut the pieces as you wish, it can be big, it can be small.

14. Then take a Pan, add some oil or butter and place the cut egg paneer into the pan .let it fry,

15. Open the lead of the gravy and add the fried paneer cube’s into the gravy, mix it well and add some chopped coriander leaves.
