3. Spicy Foods
Spicy food should not be included in the list of things should eat after your workout. Spicy food is very hard to digest. After your workout body just accomplished a major effort and it goes into a state of repair. In this state, your body needs things that are easy to digest like a little protein, and a little sugar to bring your sugar levels back to normal. Mostly carbohydrates refill your energy levels.
