Steps for Marinating Chicken.
For making butter chicken we will marinate it,
1. so we will take the boneless chicken in a bowl.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder and salt to taste.
3. Mix it well and keep this aside for 15 to 20 minutes.
Main Process For making Butter Chicken Recipe.
1. Take a Pan, add oil, then fry the marinated chicken.
2. Then transfer this to another bowl, in that Same pan add 1 tablespoon of butter.
3. Let the butter melt, then add chopped onions and tomatoes.
4. Along with this we will add Cashew nuts, mix it evenly, then add water and some garlic paste.
5. Then, add salt, malt vinegar, a little bit of sugar.
6. We will add, garam masala powder, and some red chilli powder, mix it, cook this for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Let it cool down then grind it into a fine mixture.
8. Then strain this mixture into the Same pan.
9. Switch on the flame, start heating the pan then, add 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter, and some fresh cream.
10. Then, we will add the fried chicken, after that crush some Kasuri methi, mix it well and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Finally, our delicious butter chicken is ready to eat. garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.

- Egg (1)
- Cornflour 2 tbsp.
- Water (4-5 cups)
- Chicken breast 250g
- Carrot 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp.
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 2 tsp.
- Soya sauce 2 tsp.
- Chilli sauce 2 tsp.
- Tomato ketchup 1 tsp.
- Green Spring onion.
- Lemon juice 1 tsp.
Process of soup
1. Take 2 small bowls, in one bowl, break an egg and in another bowl, add 2 tablespoons of cornflour then add a half cup of water mix it well and beat the egg.
2. Now, take a vessel add 4 to 5 cups of water and then add 250g of chicken breast.
3. Then add a half cup of chopped carrot, ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon, pepper powder half teaspoon.
4. Now, add salt to taste and add 2 teaspoons of oil, mix it well, then cover the lead and let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes on low flame.
5. After 15 minutes open the lead and transfer the boiled chicken in another bowl and shred it. Then mix it in the same soup.
6. Then, add soya sauce 2 teaspoons, chilli sauce 2 teaspoons, tomato ketchup 1 teaspoon, mix it well and cook for 2 minutes.
7. Now, whisk the cornflour mixture and slowly add in the soup, don’t forget to stir continuously while adding the cornflour mix, stir it continuously and let it cook for 1 to 2 minutes on medium flame.
8. Add, the beaten egg into the soup like we added the cornflour mixture, stir it continuously and pour the egg slowly.
9. Stir it and cook for 1 minute, then check the soup and if needed then add salt as per your requirement.
10. Then, add some chopped green spring onion, you can also add lemon juice (optional)

3) Chicken Thupka Soup

Preparation of paste for Thupka Soup
Now, we will make a paste for which we need 1 sliced tomato and onion, 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped coriander, 4 cloves of garlic, a small piece of ginger, then add chilli, add 1 teaspoon of Schwan pepper, grind this mixture into a nice paste, don’t add water.
Process For Thupka Soup
1. Take a vessel, add 100g chicken.
2. Add, 10 to 12 cups of water and 7 to 8 garlic cloves.
3. Then, add 2 sliced onions, boil all this for 45 min. to an hour.
4. After, an hour turn off the flame and strain the stock.
5. Now, for making the thupka soup, Take a vessel, add 1 tablespoon of oil, heat the oil then add the paste, which we have already made in preparation.
6. Cook this for 4 minutes, then add sliced carrot, 1 cup of sliced cabbage, after a minute we will add the chicken stock, then add salt to taste, bring this to a boil.
7. Boil your preferable noodles.
Assemble the thupka soup.
Take a bowl to keep some boiled noodles at the base, then add the chicken stock which we have cooked with carrot and cabbage, above the stock add some boiled shredded chicken, drizzle some soya sauce, garnish with some fresh green spring onion and coriander.
Your thupka is ready to serve.

7. Then, add the pasta (you can add whichever pasta you want ) while the pasta is cooking we will remove the chicken from the boiling soup, shared it.
8. And, again transfer the shredded chicken into the soup, cook it for another minute.

- Cornstarch 1 cup
- Flour 3cups
- Egg 1
- Water
- Oil 1-2 tsp

- Sugar 1/4 cup
- Brown sugar 1/4 cup
- Orange juice 1/4 cup
- Vinegar 1/4 cup
- Soya sauce 2 tsp

Process For Making Orange Juice Chicken
1. Boonless chicken cut it in small pieces or cubes.
2. Then, take a vessel add 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon of white pepper.
3. Add 1 cup of cornstarch, 3 cups of flour, 1 egg and a half cup of water.
4. Then add 1 tablespoon of oil and mix it well.
5. Now add the chicken into the mixture, combine the mixture, then cover the lead and let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Heat a pan add oil in it and deep fry the combined chicken, fry it until it’s golden brown, then remove it from oil in a plate.
7. Then take a vessel or pan add 1 teaspoon of oil, half teaspoon of chopped ginger, half teaspoon of garlic.
8. Add 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of orange juice, 1/4 cup of vinegar.
9. Now, add 2 teaspoons of soya sauce, (2 tablespoons of water and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch mix it well ) then add this mixture into the pan, let this cook for 2 minutes.
10. Then, add the fried chicken, and mix it well.
The recipe is ready. You can garnish it with some chopped green spring onion.
6) How to make Chicken 65 recipe
Recipe Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken
- Salt as per taste
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 1tsp
- Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Cornflour 2 tsp
- Rice flour 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Oil as required
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Green chilli 3
- Dry Kashmiri red chilli 2
- Curry leaves 10-12
- Red chilli paste 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Water as per requirement.
- Broccoli. (steamed)
Process For Making Chicken 65
1. Take 250g of boneless chicken, cut them in small, then add salt to taste.
2. Add 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoons of garam masala powder.
3. Then add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste.
4. Now 2 teaspoons of cornflour, 1 teaspoon of rice flour.
5. Add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice, mix this well.
6. Then take a bowl break 1 egg into the bowl and beat it, add the beaten egg into the chicken, mix it, then let this mixture marinate for 15 to 20 minutes.
7. Now heat oil in the vessel to fry it.
8. Check the oil is hot then add the chicken and let it fry for 2 to 3 minutes, stir it in between, fry it until it’s golden brown. Then remove it from the oil.
9. Now take a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil, then add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, let the cumin seeds crackle.
10. Then add 1 teaspoon of chopped garlic, fry it for another minute.
11. Add slit 3 green chillies, and 2 dry Kashmiri red chilli, add 9 to 10 curry leaves.
12. Now 1 teaspoon of red chilli paste, mix this, then add some water, cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
13. Then add the fried chicken and steamed broccoli toss it well, do not overcook, switch off the flame.
Our recipe is ready to serve hot, garnish with some chopped coriander leaves.
7) Chicken lollipop
Recipe Ingredients for Lollipop
- Chicken wings 350g
- Flour (maida) 50g
- Cornflour 25g
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste 2 teaspoons
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Soya sauce 3 teaspoons
- Schezwan sauce 1 teaspoon
- Tomato ketchup 2 teaspoons
- Garlic 9 to 10 cloves finely chopped
- Chopped green spring onion
- Oil
Process For Making Chicken Lollipop Recipe
1. Take, a big bowl add wings in the bowl.
2. Then add Kashmiri red chilli powder, add salt to taste, black pepper powder.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and 1 teaspoon of soya sauce, mix it and make sure that the masala is coated properly on the lollipop.
4. Now rest this for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes we will follow the next step, for that we will take a bowl, add flour (maida)and cornflour (also take cornflour half of flour)
5. Then, add Kashmiri red chilli powder (don’t forget we have taken red chilli powder in our marination also so according to that we will take red chilli powder).
6. Add salt to taste, mix it, then we will add some water, don’t add a lot of water because we have to make a semi-thick batter, combine the mixture properly there should not be lumps.
7. Now since our batter is ready and also the chicken marination is also ready now we will go, for the future step which will be our last step.
8. So take a vessel to add oil in it and let it heat, check the oil is heated, once the oil is heated keep the flame on medium.
9. Now dip the chicken lollipop into the batter and put into the hot oil. Fry it for 2 minutes then flip the lollipop to fry the other side as well, keep flipping the lollipop, and let it fry until it’s golden brown.
10. Take, a pan add 1 teaspoon of oil, let the oil heat then we will add Finley chopped garlic, then add 2 teaspoons of soya sauce, and tomato ketchup.
11. Add a little bit of Kashmiri red chilli powder, then add Schwan sauce, mix it well.
12. Then add our fried chicken lollipop into the pan and toss it, switch off the flame.
13. Add some chopped fresh green spring onion.
Serve it with some chopped onions and lemon.
8) Chicken Marengo
Recipe Ingredients For Making the Recipe
- Oil 3-4 tsp
- Chicken
- Water
- Garlic
- Tomato 2
- Mushroom 1 cup
- Black pepper 4-5
- Salt as per required
Recipe For preparation
1. Take, a Pan add some oil in it then add chicken into the pan and let it cook, keep the flame low. Cook this for 10 minutes then add some water into the pan, stir it.
2. Now we have to reduce the water from the pan by boiling, so that we will get a nice stock, from it.
3. Transfer the chicken in a bowl, and also transfer the stock to another bowl.
4. Now in that same pan add some oil and some garlic and stir it.
5. Then, add the stock, mix it well.
6. Add chopped tomatoes (you can add tomato puree also ), mix it well wait for the boil to come, then add our fried chicken, cook this for 5 minutes.
7. Take a Pan, add oil then add some chopped mushroom, then add salt to taste and some black pepper, cook this around 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Take a plate place the fried chicken, and put the cooked mushroom around it and serve it.

9) Chicken Nuggets
Recipe Ingredients For Making Nuggets Recipe
- Slices Bread 4-5
- Chicken Breast 500g
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2-3 tsp
- Egg 1
- White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Milk 1 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Process
1. Take 4 slices bread, cut the corners of the bread, cut the remaining bread then blend it.
2. Keep this aside, then take 500g of the boneless breast, put it into a blender.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and soya sauce.
4. Now, add 1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder and pepper powder.
5. Salt to taste, blend this well, transfer this mixture into a plate.
6. Then add 1 teaspoon of oil over it, mix it well until it’s smooth, then flatten it, take a knife to apply a little bit of oil on it and cut flatten into small pieces.
7. Now break an egg, add a pinch of salt and some white pepper powder.
8. Add 1 tablespoon of milk, beat it well, then take a piece of cut chicken dip into the egg mixture, and put it on bread crumbs, coat it well.
9. In a Pan heat oil and fry the coated chicken, fry it golden.
Your nuggets are ready.
Serving Of Nuggets
Serve the nuggets with some tomato ketchup, or with green chutney.
Note
You can also store it for 2 months by keeping the nuggets in a container and freeze it.
10) Chicken Pie

It is a delicious recipe, which is famous all over the World. Pie is a dish which is occasionally made, but, we will get to know how to make easy pie at home.
Recipe Ingredients For Making Pie
- Baking powder (pinch)
- Salt as per taste
- Sugar
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Eggs 4
- Ice water
- Chicken 250g
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Soya sauce 1 tsp
- Oil
- White pepper powder
- Coriander leaves
- Onion 1
- Cloves 3-4
- Cinnamon stick
- Carrots 1 cup
- Potatoes 1cup
Process for making homemade Chicken Pie
1. Take baking powder salt and sugar into a bowl of flour, mix it well.
2. Then cut butter into pieces and add to the flour, rub with fingers until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
3. Add eggs and mix thoroughly until it all comes together.
4. Now add ice water little at a time and mix well until it forms into a dough, then divide the dough into quarters and wrap it up in plastic bags and press it flat, then refrigerate it at least for one hour.
Now we will make the pie filling
5. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and put into a container for marinating.
6. Grate fresh ginger finely, grate garlic, mix well.
7. Then add light soya sauce, oil, salt to taste and white pepper, then add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well.
8. Set this in the refrigerator at least for 2 hours.
9. Now take a pan, add oil, chopped onions, cloves and cinnamon stick fry it.
10. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry until the meat turns apparently white.
11. Then add diced carrots and stir fry evenly now add diced potatoes and fry it.
12. Now pour cream on it, all over and mix well, cook this until the potatoes and carrots are soft, turn the flame off and let it cool down.
13. Remove the pie dough from the fridge and roll it flat, cut to size and press cut out dough into a tart mould to shape.
14. Trim excess dough and poke holes into the base with a fork, fill each mould with pie filling then cover the top with cut out dough seal edges with a fork and poke holes on top.
15. Now arrange all the pie on a baking tray and brush the tops with egg wash, bake in a preheated oven at 180c till it’s golden brown for around 20 to 30 minutes, your pie is ready.

- Boneless chicken 300g
- Kashmiri red chilli powder 3 teaspoon
- Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Curd 2 tablespoons
- Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper powder 1/4 teaspoon
- Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Oil 2 tablespoons
- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Onions 2
- Tomato paste of 2
- Water
- Fresh cream 4 tablespoons
- Kasuri methi 1/2 teaspoon
Marination of Tikka masala.
1. Take 300g boneless chicken, add curd, Kashmiri red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder.
2. Then add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder.
3. Add salt and lemon juice, then mix well, keep the marination aside for 30 minutes.
Preparation of homemade Tikka recipe.
1. Heat a Pan add butter to it, then add the marination into the pan, let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame, cook it until it’s golden brown then transfer it to a plate.
2. Take a pan add oil, cumin seeds, chopped onions, fry it, now add ginger garlic paste, fry it until the onions are golden brown.
3. Then add tomatoes paste, cook for 2 to 3 minutes now, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt to taste, combine it well.
4. Add 150ml of water, allow it to boil, now, add the fried chicken pieces and fresh cream, mix it well. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame
5. Then, add Kasuri methi, mix well and switch off the flame.
Finally, our Tikkas are ready to serve, serve it with some chopped spring onion.
