3. Chunks of cheese
cheese is a good source of vitamins, calcium, and protein but a baby should not feed soft-ripened cheeses such as blue cheese, brie, or goat cheese. Because it has a chance that this type of cheese may carry a bacteria called listeria which may cause food poisoning. Always check carefully the ingredient list and nutrition label while buying cheese for your baby. While feeding cheese to your children such as brie, parmesan, or cheddar make sure you feed them small chunks of dice or pieces because there is a risk of choking the airway of your kids due to big chunks.
