4. Eggs
Eggs are one of the healthiest food. Whole eggs are rich in many nutrients including B vitamins, choline, selenium, vitamin A, iron, and phosphorus. They are also loaded with high-quality protein.
The egg white consists primarily of water (around 90 percent) and protein (around 10 percent) and contains no cholesterol and little if any, fat. Eggs are one of the largest sources of phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) in the human diet.
