  • 1-2 tbsps Panch phorons ( cumin+ mustard+ fenugreek seeds+ fennel+nigella) take all this in equal proportions.

  • ½ Cup Greenpeace
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 no. Green chillies
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Garam masala powder

  • Coriander leaves
